BEETROOT & GOJI JUICE



Yum! The sweetness of the beetroot and apple mixed with the freshness of the cucumber and greens.

Beetroots are packed with phytonutrients called betalains that provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support to the body. They are also high in minerals such as calcium and magnesium

Goji Berries are high in vitamin C to aid in collagen production and they support a healthy heart function by reducing blood pressure and inflammation in the body.

Ingredients:

2 small beets

handful of baby spinach

1/2 cucumber

1/2 green apple

1/2 avocado

1 x teaspoon greens powder ( I use NUZEST Greens)

Top with Goji berries

How to:

Using a vitamix blend all ingredients together.
