Light and fluffy, these delightful cookies are a great little sweet snack to impress the dinner guests.

Cacao is the 'food of the gods' so the Greeks say.

The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that cocoa which comes in the form of cacao powder can improve heart health, lower blood pressure and reduce LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. Not only that it tastes amazing!


  • 2 organic eggs

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tabs cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweeter of choice

How to:

  1. Oven set to 180

  2. Mix all ingredients and shape into flat circles on a lined baking tray

  3. Bake for approx 15mins, keep an eye on them as they near closer

  4. Let them cool then ice the insides (flat side) with your choice of coconut cream or yoghurt.


Make them as big or as small as you like!
