CAULIFLOWER RICE



Ingredients:

  • 1 med sized Cauliflower

  • 1-2 whole corn cobs

  • 1 garlic clove or to desire

  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric or if fresh grate as much as desired

  • Pinch of pink salt and pepper, Oregano, Thyme

  • (you can use any herbs that you like)

How to:

  1. Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower, cut in half. Process or Grate the entire head of cauliflower until it resembles rice. I process garlic together with cauliflower.

  2. Add coconut oil to a pan over medium heat.

  3. Add in grated cauliflower, salt, pepper and other herbs and stir until heated.


Notes:

**Since you can eat it raw all you need to do is heat it up to your desired temperature and it’s ready to eat! No more boiling water and letting rice simmer on the stove forever!

I use my food processor to chop it, but dont worry, it takes no time at all using a big cheese grater.

You can boil it first if you want it more cooked, it will then be
