Coffee we either love it or hate it!

Coffee I believe is ok in moderation - I ask my clients that do love coffee to try to keep these things in mind when including it in their diet.

Must be freshly ground and of good quality, preferably organic.

Consumed before 12pm and keep it to 1 shot per day.

This delicious coffee date smoothie is perfect for the journey to work in the mornings...


1 frozen banana

1 shot of freshly ground cold coffee

Almond or Coconut Milk

2 fresh dates

**I often add a scoop of my vanilla Nuzest protein after Ive done a morning workout.
