Want to try something a little different for Easter this year, not chocolate!
Why not make these cute little 'cotton bunny tails' so easy to make!
Coconut is anti-inflammatory and anti-viral to help promote a healthy immune system.
1 cup almond meal
1 cup desiccated coconut
juice of 2 lemons/ zest of 1
1-2 tabs raw honey or sweetener of choice
1tabs vanilla essence
1/2 cup coconut oil
Pinch pink rock salt
Save some coconut to roll them in.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until you get a dough like texture.
Roll into balls and cover with desiccated coconut
Refrigerate and then Enjoy!
