Want to try something a little different for Easter this year, not chocolate!

Why not make these cute little 'cotton bunny tails' so easy to make!

Coconut is anti-inflammatory and anti-viral to help promote a healthy immune system.


  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • juice of 2 lemons/ zest of 1

  • 1-2 tabs raw honey or sweetener of choice

  • 1tabs vanilla essence

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • Pinch pink rock salt

Save some coconut to roll them in.

How to:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until you get a dough like texture.

  2. Roll into balls and cover with desiccated coconut

  3. Refrigerate and then Enjoy!
