Daily Digestive Cleanser


Starting your day the right way is so important!

This little recipe will help kick start your metabolism, boost your digestion and help you cleanse the system from the night before.

Ingredients

  • 1 small knob of turmeric grated, juiced or you can use powder

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon OR 1 x teaspoon of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) - to read about some of its amazing benefits click here

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or can use coconut sugar

How to

  1. Mix all ingredients and drink as a shot or can be had with small glass of warm/room temp filtered water.
