DIY: Banana + Avo Face Mask

When it comes to healthy beauty DIY pampering is the best, most natural products aren’t so natural, and they only contain natural extracts. So why not go straight to the natural ingredient. Its very likely you already have the ingredients at home anyways. 

I always have these ingredients in my fridge so I can whip up a DIY face mask anytime!

So when I need a quick beauty boost Its really easy! I just through together a few of my favourite ingredients and there you have it! 

To give it a try - mix together: 

  • 1 avocado (great source of omega-3, vitamin E and antioxidants)

  • 1 banana, mashed (full of betacarotene and potassium)

  • 1 tablespoon Manuka honey (antimicrobial)

  • juice of 1/2 lemon (rich source of vitamin C)

Apply to your skin and allow to soak in for 20-25mins before rinsing off.
