Green Body Glow Smoothie



Leafy greens such as spinach are anti-inflammatory to the body and loaded with alkalinising phyto-nutrients to nourish your immune system and promote healing.

Celery is also a healing vegetable and is known for its detoxifying, circulation promoting and immune-boosting properties.


Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of organic sprouts

  • 1 handful of baby spinach

  • a few cos lettuce leaves or kale

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 4 slices of cucumber (skin left on when organic)

  • ½ frozen banana

  • Squeeze of lime

  • ½ green apple

  • a few chunks of papaya (great for keeping your skin looking beautiful and youthful. It’s very high in Vitamins A and C, also containing a enzyme to help aid digestion)

  • 250ml coconut or filtered water

How To:

Add all ingredients to blender, pulse and blend until smooth.


Tip:

Always blend up the greens first, then adds in the extras.
