Leafy greens such as spinach are anti-inflammatory to the body and loaded with alkalinising phyto-nutrients to nourish your immune system and promote healing.
Celery is also a healing vegetable and is known for its detoxifying, circulation promoting and immune-boosting properties.
1 handful of organic sprouts
1 handful of baby spinach
a few cos lettuce leaves or kale
2 celery stalks
4 slices of cucumber (skin left on when organic)
½ frozen banana
Squeeze of lime
½ green apple
a few chunks of papaya (great for keeping your skin looking beautiful and youthful. It’s very high in Vitamins A and C, also containing a enzyme to help aid digestion)
250ml coconut or filtered water
Add all ingredients to blender, pulse and blend until smooth.
Always blend up the greens first, then adds in the extras.
