Green Kale Goddess Juice



Green Juices and Smoothies are all the rave right now......But why?

They are enzymatically charged shots of green goodness loaded with phytonutrients, chlorophyll, magnesium and potassium.

They help to oxygenate the blood, enhance vibrancy, boost mental acuity and produce peachy perfect skin.

This is one of my favorites – cucumber, fennel, apple, kale and lime juice. The fennel gives a minerally touch while the lime pulls all the greens together.

You can add water to thin the juice and even strain it if you don’t like the pulp.  

I like a thicker juice, so prefer a blended version (and it retains all of the fiber too).

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 organic green apple

  • 1/2 small fennel bulb

  • 1 cucumber skin on/chopped

  •  4 kale leaves

  • 1 large celery stalk

  • 1/2 lime

How to

  • Add all veggies to a powderful blender. Blend for 1 min.

  • ​You can add filtered water to thin juice as required. But I like it thick.

Serve straight away.
