Health Benefits : Magnesium

Recently Ive been struggling with a little bit of adrenal fatigue and anxiety. So I have been working on upping different levels of nutrients in my body to support this phase as I try and move through it with as much ease as possible.

One of the things Ive included more of is Magnesium. 

Magnesium is a mineral in which a lot of people are deficient in without even realising they are. And with our daily lives being much more high in stress this can cause a whole lot of issues.
