1/2 cup cacao almond butter
2 tbs coconut oil
3/4 cup almond meal
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 tabs of raw honey – but you could use maple syrup
2 large free range eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
½ cup roasted hazelnuts
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees c.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.
Line a tray with baking paper and press mixture in evenly, it will spread out as it bakes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting and transferring to a cooling rack.
