Immune Boosting Soup

Carrots are the richest source of beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A in the body. Carrots are also a great source of vitamin C, B6, potassium and fibreCurcumin is the active ingredient in Turmeric, responsible for the distinct yellow colouring and the impressive list of health properties. One of the most studied spices, turmeric is noted in numerous scientific studies to show anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, and anticancer activity. Ginger has potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. It helps to boost immune function and combat cellular damage. Black pepper contains an active ingredient called piperline that is known to enhance digestion and work as an anti-inflammatory. 

Any sort of hot chilli pepper, like cayenne, supports the metabolism and may aid in fat burn.  



Sweet Potato


Swiss Chard

Tofu  and/or Chicken 

Coconut Oil

Spices: Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, S&P



Pre-cooked Bone Broth

How to:

Steam the carrots, sweet potato and pumpkin in a big pot until soft.Using small amount of coconut oil sauté the swiss chard or you could use spinach on the pan and the same with tofu. Chop up pre cooked chicken into pieces. As you are reheating the bone broth on stove top add in the herbs and spices you want.Once the veggies are steamed chop them into chunks adding them along with tofu and spinach/swiss chard to bowls. Pour in the bone broth and top with fresh herbs (shallots and coriander)
