Forget the taco shells and use lettuce wraps instead! I used organic lamb mince but you can make veggie taco wraps too- and used a beautiful paste made by one of my clients. She used Onion, garlic, ginger, galangal, turmeric, chillies, coriander stalk, macadamia meal, coconut oil. ---
So much goodness in one meal! Being healthy doesn't have to be boring!
Cook your mince of choice in a large pan. When no longer pink add spices and mix well.
Add the onion, spices, little bit of water and cover.
Simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
