Do you love tacos as much as I do? Well why not make healthy ones! Use lettuce cups as the taco!

It's delicious and light – On nights I want to go low-carb and for those who want a gluten free option these are great!

Forget the taco shells and use lettuce wraps instead! I used organic lamb mince but you can make veggie taco wraps too- and used a beautiful paste made by one of my clients. She used Onion, garlic, ginger, galangal, turmeric, chillies, coriander stalk, macadamia meal, coconut oil. ---

So much goodness in one meal! Being healthy doesn't have to be boring!

Get creative!

How to

  1. Cook your mince of choice in a large pan. When no longer pink add spices and mix well.

  2. Add the onion, spices, little bit of water and cover.

  3. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
