Super easy, healthy and quick to make dip to go with fresh carrot and celery sticks – perfect for that saturday night in with friends.

Macadamias are a delicious source of heart healthy mono-unsaturated fats and contain antioxidants like manganese, vitamin E and zinc.


  • 2 tablespoons Barambahs Organic Yoghurt

  • 3/4 cup of Macadamia Nuts

  • 1 Mini Red Chilli

  • Large Handful of Fresh Coriander

  • Dash of Macadamia Oil

How to:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, food processor or magic bullet.

  2. Blend until desired consistency **Sprinkle of Chilli Powder (if you like it hotter)
