Natural Winter Flu Buster


With Winter upon us and the Dr handing out flu shots like its candy, its time we started to think about how we can naturally boost our immune systems.


Why not try out my go-to amazing recipe to help you through the winter months.


You can do this on the stove top or you can make it using a teapot.


Ingredients:

a small nub of ginger (3-5cm)

2 small garlic cloves

1 small fresh lemon

3 tabs spoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tsp of Maunka Honey (if you like it sweeter)

Filtered Water (boiling)


Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove or in a teapot, bring to boil letting it infuse for a few mins. Its such a delicious combo of sweet and sour. I love using CoralTree Organic ACV because its a much nicer taste than the others and is of higher quality than most.


If you dont want to brew a full batch, do as I do, make yourself a small cup (sometimes replacing the urge for that second coffee during the day) or as a warm night time drink.

It will also help give your digestive system a good kick start, so feel free to start your day with this hot drink.



1 tabs spoon of apple cider vinegar (i choose CoralTree Organics)

Juice of half a fresh lemon

Dash of Cayenne Pepper
