Who doesn't love a yummy nots-so-naughty choc chip cookie!!! Here is my favourite 5 ingredient recipe - create it in 20mins!

These yummy cookies are full of all things wholesome and nourishing.

They say the secret to making these chocolate chip cookies lies in the mixing.

Making sure the ingredients are well combined and squished together with your hands so that the oats still remain intact.


  • 1 ½ cups oats

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs or could use chocolate of choice here

  • +cinnamon (optional)

  • vanilla

  • salt

How to:

  1. Wiz it up in a blender - oats need to be of flour consistency.

  2. Add in the sugar, oil and egg, blend for 10sec

  3. Add in the extras (cacao nibs etc)

  4. Pour batter mixture on a tray and throw it in the fridge, preheat oven to 170. Make balls from refrigerated mixture and place on tray lined with baking paper. Leave 5cm in between each ball.

  5. Bake for 15 or until golden brown.

  6. Cool on tray then enjoy!
