A delicious nut free protein ball recipe, packed with superfood chocolate goodness. Full of raw and natural ingredients to help keep you healthy and energised.
3 big scoops of chocolate protein powder (I use NUZEST pea protein)
1/2 cup goji berries
6 fresh dates (pitted)
2 tablespoon raw cocao powder
2 drops of organic alcohol free vanilla essence
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon Organic Mesquite Powder (caramel flavour)
1-2 tablespoons of raw cocao nibs
Desiccated coconut or something else to roll them in.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until you get a dough like texture.
Add nibs after processing so they stay crunchy
Roll into balls and cover with desiccated coconut or chia etc.
Refrigerate and then Enjoy!
Makes 10 balls.

You can use WPI instead of vegan.
