Paleo Granola

Crunch, Crunch, Crunch!! 

There’s only so much non-crunchy food you can eat before you need something to crunch on! So why not make this delicious granola! The best part about it, is you can create it from any of your favourite superfoods. Go to your local bulk food store, grab a big mix of your favourite nuts and seeds, grains if you enjoy them and then bake them all up together, store in an air tight container for about 1-2 weeks. 

Top with fresh berries and serve with milk of choice. I love using my home made almond milk or coconut milk with this.


  • large handfuls of macadamias, almonds, pecans, walnuts - (nuts of choice)

  • cup of buckwheat groats

  • cup of coconut flakes

  • cup of shredded coconut

  • Cup of seed selection (pepitas, sunflower seeds)

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds

  • large handful of mulberries or inca berries

  • Coconut Oil

  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

  • Honey or Maple Syrup *optional

  • Cup of Oats *optional

How to:

  1. Line baking dish or tray with baking paper.

  2. Fill with all your yummy favourite ingredinets

  3. Mix around with wooden spoon

  4. Drizzle generous amount of coconut oil

  5. Add sweetner of choice (if you like it sweet, I think its just perfect without it)

  6. Bake on med temp until golden brown.
