PEANUT BUTTER & VANILLA PANCAKES



How about a fun fact on peanut butter - americans spend $800 million every year on this spread!

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of vanilla plant based protein of choice ( I use NUZEST Pea Protein)

  • ¼ mashed banana

  • 3 egg whites

  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ cup ground LSA/flaxseed

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla powder/essence

How to:

  1. Simply whisk all ingredients together,

  2. Then cook the mix in coconut oil.

  3. Add peanut butter or favourite fruits to top

To make the peanut butter runny and sauce like, mix with a little bit of water.
