Perfect Alternative – I love these as they are not only a healthy naughty treat but they are so easy to bake! They are also gluten free, dairy free and paleo and Vegan friendly. The Cacao add a nice chocolatey crunch, and have amazing nutritional benefits to go along with it! They are full of vitamins and minerals and high in antioxidants. You can see why I love them now right?

Ingredients / Peanut Butter Bottom

  • 1.5 cups of Pecan Meal

  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder (gf)

  • 3 tabs of Coconut Oil (melted)

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs or dark choc chips

  • Dash of vanilla essence

  • 2 tabs of Pure Maple Syrup

  • Dash of pink rock salt

How to,

  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees

  • Combine all ingredients into bowl

  • Roll into small balls

  • Line baking tray - add balls to tray and flatten

  • Bake for 12-15mins (until golden brown)

TIP: ....allow cookies to cool so they harden.
