Try this gorgeous raw food salad, not only is it easy to make it will give you so much natural energy.
Eating salads is a super-convenient way to get in a couple of servings of vegetables and/or fruit to your day.
I have combined both in this reciepe.
1 red or green capsicum
Handful of Rocket
Handful of Baby Spinach
Handful of Sprouts
Green Apple (for sweetness) *opt
Using Food processor blend first 3 ingredients until it forms a good chunky consistency.
Sprinkle with Pepitas or Sunflower Seeds
Finish with 1 big dollop of my Guacamole
