Try this gorgeous raw food salad, not only is it easy to make it will give you so much natural energy.

Eating salads is a super-convenient way to get in a couple of servings of vegetables and/or fruit to your day.

I have combined both in this reciepe.


  • 1 beetroot

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 red or green capsicum

  • Handful of Rocket

  • Handful of Baby Spinach

  • Handful of Sprouts

  • Green Apple (for sweetness) *opt

How to

  • Using Food processor blend first 3 ingredients until it forms a good chunky consistency.

  • Sprinkle with Pepitas or Sunflower Seeds

  • Finish with 1 big dollop of my Guacamole
