Bliss balls are my fave treat to keep at home for quick, healthy snacks. I love this recipes as its sugar free and tastes a little earthy!


2 scoops of your fave chocolate protein ( plant based or whey)

3 tabs LSA

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 big tabs Cacao

1 tabs Beetroot Latte (mix can be found at Woolworths)

2 tabs of pumpkin seeds (or fave seed of choice)

2 heaped tabs of almond butter or peanut butter (I used 1 of each)

1 tabs Chia Seeds

1 tsp of stevia or rice malt syrup (beetroot + cacao can taste too earthy for some)

1-2 tabs of warm filtered water

(hemp seeds can be added after its all been blended)

Desiccated Coconut for rolling


Combine all ingredients in Vitamix or food processor and blend until smooth consistency. Adding in the water as it blends. (If its too wet add some more LSA and too dry add some more water)

Add in the hemp seeds.

Roll balls in coconut & keep in fridge for afternoon snacks all week.
