Spiced Pumpkin Soup




This soup is loaded with antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin E. Some studies suggeest that pumpkin can help fight free radicals.  Pumpkin is full of B vitamins folate, niacin, thiamin, B6 and pantothenic acid, and these all help to increase energy production.

This means better metabolism of nutrients, more brain power and increased overall energy. 

Instructions: 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 garlic clove, finely diced 3 cups water ½ pumpkin, peeled and chopped into small pieces 1 tablespoon turmeric 1 tablespoon ginger 1-2 tablespoons fresh chilli, chopped Salt & pepper to taste 1 can organic coconut cream

How to: These are the ingredients I use to make mine... and I use a vitamix, keeping it slightly chunky and then heat in saucepan!
