I love making salads, they always look so pretty but not only that they are so damn good for you! I always feel amazing after a big bowl of goodness.

High in hydrating, restorative minerals and antioxidants that get right into your cells to give it the goodness it needs. Sprouts are very rich in chlorophyll which is alkalising and are one of the most blanced complete plant proteins you can find. They provide all the essential amino acids we need for muscle tissue repair.

Topping with black poppy seeds gives it a slight nutty taste or you could use chia seeds too.


  • Sunflower sprouts

  • green lettuce of choice or can use baby spinach

  • Sweet Potato

  • Green Capsicum

  • Red Onion

  • Carrot

  • Corriander

  • Sun dried tomato

  • Topped with black poppy seeds

How to

  1. Roast or steam sweet potato and chop into chunks

  2. Chop/dice all other ingredients and add to big salad bowl

  3. Top with black poppy seeds
