This recipe is SO delicious, simple and undetectably vegan.

My ideal nacho toppings are: black beans, salsa, fresh guacamole, red onion, jalapenos, hot sauce and cilantro. If you prefer a different combination of things, feel free to mix it up!


  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 can red kidney beans

  • 1 red capsicum

  • 1 green capsicum

  • 1 yellow capsicum

  • handful baby kale

  • herbs and spices of your choice

How to:

  1. Cook both beans in saucepan with turmeric and pink salt and small amount of water.

  2. Chop up capsicums and suatee with garlic and onion and coconut oil.

  3. Mix in herbs and spices


Top with salasa, jalapenos, hot sauce and gucamole (recipe found in dips & condiments)
