VERY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS



A raw peanut butter and chocolate deliscious affair.

You could use a nut butter of choice to replace the peanut butter if preferable.

Nut butters are packed with protein that keeps your body sustained for hours.

Ingredients / Peanut Butter Bottom

  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter (could use 1/2 cup p.nut and 1/2 cup nut butter of choice)

  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (could use raw honey)

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

  • dash of vanilla essence

Ingredients / Chocolate Top

  • 1/2 cup of cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (could use coconut syrup or raw honey)

  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup cacao butter

  • small handful of cacao nibs (or can use milk chocolate chips)

  • pinch of sea salt

How to,
  1. Grab chocolate moulds or silicon muffin cups

  2. Combine all first ingredients into a bowl, melting coconut butter on stove slightly

  3. Place mixture in bottom of cups or moulds, then put in freezer to set

  4. Prepare chocolate mix whilst peanut butter setting.

  5. Pour over the top and place the cups back in freezer to harden.

  6. Wait til hard and pop them out and into your mouth!

Notes:

Top with Coconut flakes if desired.
